Crea'fi is a paid membership community operated by Crea'fi Genius LLC. Two memberships are offered. The annual membership is billed once a year and renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel the renewal any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us, and cancellation stops future charges while your access continues through the end of the paid term. The one-time lifetime membership is a single payment for lifetime access; it does not renew and is not billed again. Payment plans split either membership into equal monthly charges that stop automatically once the full price is paid.

What you get is education, practice, and community. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and results depend entirely on what you do with it. Real estate involves risk. Do your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals for your situation.

Members agree to protect private seller and member information shared inside the community, to respect every seller's right to say no, and to be honest about their role in a transaction. Recording, reselling, or redistributing community content is not permitted. We may remove members who break these rules.
